This talk served as a quick summary of Ruby Mendicant and the progress I've made on Prawn. I show two aspects of Prawn via some basic examples. I first show what Prawn looks like under the hood, as it provides a general strategy for wrapping complicated, low level systems. I then show a real use of Prawn by example, by iteratively reverse-engineering Github's invoices.
